The authors of the blog of world cartOOnists conduct their first INTERNATIONAL ONLINE CARTOON FESTIVAL on the occasion of world cartOOnists' Day that is on 3rd July 2009. World famous cartoonists from different countries will participate in the festival by posting their cartoons. It will be an amazing feast to the eyes and brain of every one who love cartoons.
